Luís Gibert VidaurreIn memoriamEDUCATION Law Degree from Barcelona University in 1960. Member of the Bar Association of Barcelona since 1961 and member of the Bar Association of Madrid since 1977. He has collaborated in various seminaries on Commercial Law, along with professor Jiménez de Parga, specifically on Industrial Property. Member of the Patent Centre of Barcelona University and various associations in which new topics related to Industrial Property are discussed. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND He began his professional career in 1961, as an associate lawyer, in the law firm Juan Felipe Martí De Salazar, specialized in Intellectual and Industrial Property. In 1974 he was a founding partner of the law firm “Gibert, Membrillera, San Vicente” lawyers and consultant on this fleid, for the companies Laboratorios Uriach and Braun Española, a member of the board of directors of both these companies. In 2005 he joined the law firm GUIX ESTUDIO JURIDICO . SOME PUBLICATIONS Works published in the journal “Derecho Privado” (Private Law) and informative articles in the Economy section of the newspaper La Vanguardia. |

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND In 1999 she completed her training in the firm Anzizu, Barba & López, and in the law firm Gibert Abogados and then worked in the private banking department of BBVA bank. in the year 2001 joined the law firm GUIX ESTUDIO JURIDICO and is currently an associate lawyer in this firm. WORKING FIELDS IN THE FIRM She manages and acts in lawsuits related to Industrial and Intelectual Property in the competent jurisdiction and as a consultant on preventive measures for these matters. She coordinates the litigation department and cases brought before the civil and criminal courts.
